A healthy mind works best with a healthy body, and working alongside
a motivated trainer will get you to a surprising level of physical
fitness. But it’s got to be fun, challenging and constantly
changing, so we’ll mix a programme to suit you; walking,
circuit training, cycling, running, boxing, gym work, yoga, swimming;
whatever inspires and excites you.
When we start we’ll assess
your current level of health and fitness. Your progress will be
regularly assessed and benchmarked to keep you motivated, and
remind you how far you have come. We can also help you with diet
advice of you need it.
